The Buildings

Doctor Franklin came here alone at first. Eventually, he built a single building to live in. Eventually, more and more were built, until it turned into an entire secret "town." Houses are behind the main, large bulding, where all the workers and their children reside. The main building houses the labs, jail cells for semi-transformed subjects, and power plants. A gigantic, electric fence surrounds the entire place, to protect against released creations.
